My Claude Max subscription was silently downgraded to the Free plan only 2 days after a successful payment. No email, no warning, no action on my side.

What happened

Paid for Claude Max on June 11. Everything worked for 2 days. This morning (June 13), my account silently reverted to Free plan with no notification. The interface now shows "Upgrade to Max" as if I had no active subscription.

The Billing page still shows the invoice as Paid, but all Max features are inaccessible.

Impact

This is blocking my work. I am a technical founder launching a product in one week and rely on Claude Max daily for development and automation workflows.

Related issues

This matches the pattern reported in #57555, #61339, #54560, #41581 and many others — paid invoice + silent downgrade to Free.

Support ticket already submitted via support.anthropic.com.

Expected behavior

Max subscription should remain active for the full billing period after a successful payment.
