[BUG] Claude Max 20x gift subscription auto-downgraded to Free after 3 days — paid invoice active

What's Wrong?

My Claude Max 20x gift subscription was automatically downgraded
to Free plan after 3 days, without any action on my part.

Claude.ai account: doom4cha@gmail.com
Invoice #: WMTWY8E0-0001
Subscription period: April 14 – May 14, 2026
Amount: $200 (100% gift discount, status: Paid)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Gift subscription redeemed on April 14, 2026
2. Max 20x access worked for ~3 days
3. On April 17, account silently downgraded to Free plan
4. Billing page shows valid paid invoice but no active subscription
5. No "Resubscribe" button available

Support status: AI bot (Fin) confirmed the bug but stated it
cannot escalate or manually activate subscriptions.
