What's Wrong?
I have searched existing issues and this is related to #48821, #48231, #45335, #46378. My Claude Pro gift subscription was successfully redeemed and worked for a period, but my account has now reverted to Free plan without any action on my part.
What Should Happen?

This appears to be the same backend billing synchronization bug affecting multiple gift subscription users in April 2026.

- Redeem a Claude gift subscription at claude.ai/gift/redeem
- Use Pro features normally
- Account automatically reverts to Free plan
