What's Wrong?

Paid ₹1,965 ($23.60 USD) for Claude Pro on April 1, 2026. Payment confirmed with receipt #2348-1717-5453 (Invoice #LF31MC1L-0002, Visa ending 0251). Account still shows Free Plan — no Pro features available. Billing email: shraddhakalaskar123@gmail.com. Support emailed 4 days ago, no response.

What Should Happen?

Account should display Claude Pro plan (Mar 30 – Apr 29, 2026) and grant full Pro feature access after confirmed payment.
