[BUG] Claude Pro subscription paid but account shows Free Plan — Invoice TDMEI4MH-0002

Payment: MasterCard ending 3803
Support ticket: #98414290
Payment confirmed by Stripe but Pro plan never activated. Account shows Free plan. All support channels (in-app chat, email, Fin AI bot) loop back to automated responses with no human resolution after 5 days. The "Get Help" → "Send us a message" button does not appear in my account, preventing me from submitting a refund request.
Requesting either: activation of Pro plan on [amttoo@gmail.com](mailto:amttoo@gmail.com), or full refund of US$200.
What Should Happen?
Activated my Pro subscrption instantly and be able to contact support. Not just Ai chatbot.
