**Same bug as Issue #57594** — Fin AI checks API/Console billing instead of Claude.ai consumer subscription.
**Billing Details:**

- Invoice: M2R3TACN-0002
- Receipt: 2155-4512-5706
- Amount: $20.00 USD
- Payment: Mastercard ending 1070
- Date: May 29, 2026
**Steps completed:**
- ✅ Correct email confirmed
- ✅ No "Resubscribe" button in Billing settings
- ✅ Logged out/in — no change
- ✅ Multiple Fin AI conversations — no resolution
- ✅ Escalation emails sent to support@anthropic.com
**Request:** Please have a human billing specialist manually activate Claude Pro, or check Claude.ai consumer billing directly (not API/Console).
