[BUG] my Claude max 20x paid by gift card was downgraded to Free plan after two days
I have tried chat support and email support and I was stuck in a loop with AI bot who never resolved my issue. How can I get my subscription back?

What Should Happen?

I need my subscription back, it is valid for more than 28 days
