[BUG] Claude Max subscription downgraded to Free plan without user action

What's Wrong?

My Claude Max subscription was automatically downgraded
to Free plan with approximately 19 days remaining.
No cancellation or changes were made by me.
Settings → Billing now shows Free plan.

What Should Happen?

My Claude Max subscription should remain active
for the full paid period (~19 remaining days).

Error Messages/Logs

None - silent downgrade with no notification or email.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Purchase Claude Max subscription
  2. Use normally for ~11 days
  3. Account automatically reverts to Free plan
  4. No action taken by user
