What's Wrong?
My Claude Max subscription was automatically downgraded
to Free plan with approximately 19 days remaining.
No cancellation or changes were made by me.
Settings → Billing now shows Free plan.

What Should Happen?
My Claude Max subscription should remain active
for the full paid period (~19 remaining days).

None - silent downgrade with no notification or email.
Steps to Reproduce
- Purchase Claude Max subscription
- Use normally for ~11 days
- Account automatically reverts to Free plan
- No action taken by user
