[BUG] Claude Pro gift subscription downgraded to Free

What's Wrong?

My pro plan changed to a free plan, even though it was supposed to work until May 6th. I received it on April 6th. Trying to solve the problem with the AI agent in the support chat didn't solve anything, he just asked the same questions and no normal answers, when I tried to ask him to transfer me to a human, he just stopped communicating and that was it. What Should Happen?

Use Pro features normally for several days
Account is automatically downgraded to Free plan without any user action
Settings → Billing shows Free plan despite valid gift invoice
