[BUG] Max plan downgraded into free plan

What's Wrong?

I bought pro plan at 14 Jan, and upgraded it into max plan at 21 Jan. But today i tried to continue by work it shows me as free plan. This is blocking my working state and my current sprint ...
Please help me as soon as possible.
