Subject: My Claude Max Plan was downgraded to Free – Please Help

Hi team,

I subscribed to the Claude Max Plan, but now my account shows as Free Plan, and I can’t access Claude Code anymore.

I didn’t cancel or make any changes. Everything was working fine until recently. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Please help me restore access as soon as possible. This is blocking my work.
