What's Wrong?

My account was recently downgraded from the Max subscription to the Free plan after canceling auto-renewal. Right after the downgrade, all my historical "Projects" and critical data disappeared completely. I attempted a Data Export, but the exported zip file omitted all my Projects, containing only generic chat histories.
There are some cases(#78995 #45076 #38055),

What Should Happen?

I think this is a confirmed backend database pointer regression bug that has affected multiple Max users recently. My work and intellectual properties are completely inaccessible.
Account Email: [ajooezf@gmail.com]
Platform: Desktop(windows) and Web(chrome)
Previous Plan: Max Plan
Please escalate this to the billing/database infrastructure engineering team immediately to restore my database pointers. I have an open support ticket via the chatbot for days with zero human response.
