[BUG] Gift Pro subscription purchased — redemption email never delivered, account stuck on Free plan

What's Wrong?
I purchased a Claude Pro gift subscription. Payment was successfully charged, but the gift redemption email was never delivered to the recipient email address (checked inbox and spam thoroughly).
Without the redemption email/link, there is no way to activate the gift. Account remains on Free plan.
Steps to reproduce:
Purchase a Claude Pro gift subscription
Redemption email is never delivered
No redemption link available → cannot activate gift
Account stays on Free plan despite payment
Expected behavior:
Redemption email should arrive promptly after purchase so the gift can be activated.
Actual behavior:
No email received. Account stuck on Free plan. Money charged with no service delivered.

What Should Happen?
I should receive an email with a gift for the pro plan. And unblock feature payments.

- Login into account.
- Try to buy gift.
- Do payment.
- Payment form will charge you $20.00
- No gift redemption have received to E-Mail.
