Issue: Gift card redemption keeps failing with "redemption failed, please try again" error.

What Should Happen?
Troubleshooting steps already tried:
- Cleared browser cache and cookies
- Switched browsers
- Disabled all browser extensions
- Disabled VPN / switched VPN nodes
- Tried accessing claude.ai/gift/redeem directly
- Contacted support via chat and email — only received AI responses, no human follow-up

Request: Please have someone manually verify and apply the gift code to my account on the backend. I can provide the gift code privately upon request.
