[BUG] Gift card redemption failed - account stuck on Free plan

Issue: Gift card redemption keeps failing with "redemption failed, please try again" error.

What Should Happen?

Troubleshooting steps already tried:

• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Switched browsers
• Disabled all browser extensions
• Disabled VPN / switched VPN nodes
• Tried accessing claude.ai/gift/redeem directly
• Contacted support via chat and email — only received AI responses, no human follow-up
