[BUG] Gift Pro subscription auto-canceled + broken credit redemption link (Page not found)

What's Wrong?

My Claude Pro gift subscription was automatically canceled without any action from me.

Current status:

• Plan: Free plan
• Invoice: $0.00 dated Mar 21, 2026

On April 4, 2026 (only 2 days ago), I received an official email from Claude Team titled “A credit on us, plus discounts on extra usage” offering me a one-time credit equal to my monthly subscription price.

When I clicked the link “Redeem it here”, it redirected to claude.ai/settings/usage and showed “Page not found”.

This clearly proves the system still recognizes my account as a paid/Pro user, but the subscription UI and redemption link are broken.

What Should Happen?

• Gift Pro subscription should remain active with the remaining time.
• The credit redemption link in the official email should work normally.
• Account should stay on Pro plan instead of being downgraded to Free plan.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message shown. Only “Page not found” when accessing the redemption link from the official email.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Redeem gift code for Claude Pro successfully.
2. Use Pro features normally for several days.
3. Around March 21, 2026 the subscription is automatically canceled without any action from me.
4. Billing page shows: Free plan + $0.00 invoice dated Mar 21, 2026.
5. Receive official email “A credit on us, plus discounts on extra usage” on April 4, 2026.
6. Click “Redeem it here” in the email → redirects to claude.ai/settings/usage → “Page not found”.

The gift Pro subscription worked normally until around March 21, 2026.
