[BUG] Gift subscription Max 5x not recognized — account shows Free, Claude Code broken

What's Wrong?

Gift subscription Max 5x redeemed April 9, 2026 is not recognized by the system. Browser shows Free plan, Claude Code loses authentication mid-session and cannot reconnect. /feedback command returns 403. Support ticket open for several days with no resolution beyond automated responses.

What Should Happen?

Account #1SVD4OXH-0005 should display Max 5x plan and Claude Code should authenticate successfully using the active gift subscription.

Steps to Reproduce

Redeem a gift Max 5x subscription
Browser shows Free plan despite successful redemption
Claude Code authenticates initially but loses access mid-session
Re-authentication fails — system does not recognize Max plan
/logout + claude update + restart terminal does not help
/feedback returns 403
