[Bug][aup] Safety filter blocked in-progress betting ledger fix after a frustrated exclamation (req_011CcdixfYeK2UbVo7giHPmp)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This block fired mid-session on a routine software-engineering request during ongoing, authorized work on the user's own codebase — adjusting numeric/business logic and stripping auto-generated authorship comments from code the user owns. Removing tool-attribution strings from one's own source is a common, legitimate maintenance task and carries no policy-violating intent; the surrounding conversation was entirely in-scope development. Halting the whole coding session over this is a disruptive false positive that misreads normal codebase edits as prohibited activity.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T18:44:06.905Z.
