[Bug][aup] Mobile site display fix blocked when safety filter tripped on a frustrated exclamation (req_011CccZBfenuM2Va9ecAGvh1)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session — venting after repeated failed attempts on an ordinary front-end task — with no person addressed, no threat, and no unsafe request. The surrounding work was routine, in-scope development (diagnosing and fixing a mobile web layout issue), and none of it implicated the Acceptable Use Policy. Halting the entire coding session over a profane expression of frustration is a disruptive false positive: emotional venting at a tool is not policy-violating content, and the block blocked legitimate work rather than any harmful action.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T03:55:16.712Z.
