[Bug][aup] Fable 5 blocks frustrated exclamation asking for an error sweep and upgrades on an admin site (req_011CccNMXnm8ULF4QEgczBUT)
Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The safeguard fired on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session — a user reacting to the assistant's perceived inattention — with no person addressed and no harmful request made. The surrounding conversation was routine, in-scope software work: deploying and improving an internal web application, with the flagged message simply asking the assistant to review the project and sweep it for errors. Blocking the entire coding session over a user's momentary venting is a disruptive false positive on legitimate development activity.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:32:58.590Z.
