Why this is a false positive

The safeguard fired on a brief, frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session after a run of routine automation work — no person was addressed and no harmful content or request was involved. The surrounding session consisted of legitimate, in-scope development activity (device automation and screenshot capture during UI testing), which the block interrupted entirely. Halting an active coding session over a momentary expression of frustration, which the user immediately walked back, is a disruptive false positive rather than a policy-relevant event.
