[Bug][aup] Safety block halted GPS-location-setting app testing over adb after a frustrated exclamation (req_011CchsJs6BYkHerKSrtu44t)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

Legitimate mobile-development and GPS-testing work on the user's own device (installing an APK, systemizing it via a standard packaging module, and setting a mock test location through the app's own UI) was interrupted mid-session by a Usage Policy content block. The task involved no attack, no unauthorized target, and no real person — only device automation and a location-spoofing test app the user controls — so the flagged request is benign, in-scope engineering work. The block halted an entire productive coding session, which makes this a disruptive false positive.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T23:15:39.881Z.
