[Bug][cyber] Safety filter halted ADB app-analysis session after a frustrated exclamation, blocking legitimate (req_011CcmbQkoEPnvmFyinSsaH8)

Triage: kind cyber · domain crypto-secrets · flagging model Opus 4.8 (1M context) · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): crypto-secrets

Why this is a false positive

The block fired mid-session during routine Android ADB device inspection (listing wireless-ADB transports, locating an installed app's APK path and native libs) — ordinary mobile development/debugging work with no exploit or credential-extraction content. The apparent trigger was a frustrated exclamation from the user directed at the assistant after a prior interruption, not a request addressed to any person or a cybersecurity task. A classifier that halts the entire session on incidental venting, rather than on the actual (benign) technical content, produces a disruptive false positive on legitimate work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-06T22:29:26.759Z.
