Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safeguard fired on a brief frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session, immediately after switching models and asking the assistant to continue prior work; no person was addressed and the message contained no request for harmful content. The surrounding session was routine, legitimate software development work fully within the Acceptable Use Policy. Flagging a moment of user venting as a policy violation and halting the entire coding session is a disruptive false positive with no safety benefit.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:33:14.443Z.
