[Bug][aup] Safety block wrongly halted routine IT helpdesk task-list review after a frustrated exclamation (req_011Ccch3RdtFzd6gcMQvtwE2)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired mid-session on a routine IT/systems administration workflow (a task-list status update and mailbox-configuration fixes), all of which is legitimate, authorized, in-scope work with no harmful content. The flagged message was a user's frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant after repeated blocks — it addressed no person and requested nothing harmful, merely asking the assistant to continue. Halting an entire working session over benign task-tracking content and an expression of frustration is a disruptive false positive that prevents completion of ordinary professional work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T05:38:08.430Z.
