Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safety classifier fired on a routine coding session and halted all further assistance, despite the exchange containing only ordinary development work with no harmful, unsafe, or policy-relevant content. The triggering message appears to have been a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant after a prior interruption — it addressed no person, contained no threat or targeting, and requested nothing prohibited. Terminating an entire in-scope engineering session over mid-session venting is a disruptive false positive, since the surrounding work was legitimate and the flagged message carried no actionable safety risk.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T03:15:43.623Z.
