[Bug][aup] Fable 5 safety block halted legitimate mobile website layout fix over a frustrated exclamation (req_011CccYy5a6svXaP6rFNdzTC)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The Fable 5 content safeguard fired on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session, not at any person; no individual was addressed and the utterance carried no threat, harassment target, or policy-violating request. The surrounding work was a legitimate, in-scope software task (diagnosing and fixing a mobile website display issue), and the flagged turn was ordinary developer venting rather than harmful content. Halting the entire coding session over an emotional aside is a disruptive false positive that blocks safe, normal work with no corresponding safety benefit.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T03:52:28.369Z.
