Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safeguard fired on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session — an expression of exasperation after a prior interruption, with no person addressed and no harmful request made. The surrounding conversation was legitimate, in-scope work: the user asking the assistant to continue finishing their own website and run a security review of their own codebase, work the assistant had already partially completed. Blocking the entire coding session over a moment of user venting, rather than the substance of the request, is a disruptive false positive.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T01:20:45.637Z.
