[Bug][aup] Safety filter blocked auth-hardening and code-efficiency request after frustrated exclamation (req_011Cce29ucX9sQRvJaTUdQac)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The safety classifier fired on a routine software-engineering session focused on improving and securing an existing codebase — the surrounding requests were ordinary, in-scope development work (efficiency refactoring and adding authentication/access controls) with no harmful content. The triggering message was a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant mid-session; it addressed no person and requested nothing harmful. Halting an entire coding session over developer venting is a disruptive false positive that blocks legitimate work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T22:29:41.112Z.
