Why this is a false positive

The safety block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session; no person was addressed, threatened, or targeted, and the profanity was ambient venting after repeated failed attempts rather than any harmful request. The surrounding work was entirely legitimate and in-scope — routine front-end debugging of a website's mobile layout display. Halting the entire coding session over an emotional aside is a disruptive false positive that penalizes ordinary user frustration rather than any AUP-relevant content.
