Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session; the message contained no threat, target, or person being addressed — it was venting after repeated failed attempts at the task. The surrounding work was routine, legitimate, in-scope web development (diagnosing and fixing a mobile layout display issue), with no unsafe content anywhere in the request. Halting an entire coding session over an emotional interjection about tooling is a disruptive false positive under the AUP.
