[Bug][aup] Safeguard blocked a frustrated exclamation about a stalled project status check (req_011CccTYCBwLcwigv6hCcFkc)

Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

This block fired on a single frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session (asking why their work was blocked), not at any person, and containing no policy-violating content. The surrounding session involved ordinary, in-scope software development work with no indication of harmful intent. Halting the entire coding session over an emotional but harmless exclamation is a disruptive false positive that interrupts legitimate work rather than preventing any actual misuse.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T02:40:56.057Z.

In-scope justification

False positive — in-scope, authorized security work; not out of scope. Filed automatically by claudit.
