[Bug][aup] Identity-breach IR sweep of web/container infra blocked on frustrated exclamation (req_011CchseHRwEmeoGD4HUpn78)

Triage: kind aup · domain cloud-iam · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): cloud-iam

Why this is a false positive

This safety block fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session, not on any request for violative cyber content — no person or target was addressed, and it followed repeated blocks during ordinary work. The surrounding task was legitimate, in-scope incident-response and infrastructure review conducted by the account owner on their own systems. Halting an entire coding session over an emotional interjection is a disruptive false positive that penalizes normal user frustration rather than any policy-violating activity.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T23:20:07.764Z.
