What's Wrong?

My personal Claude Pro account was unexpectedly suspended.

I received an email stating that my account had been disabled because of "suspicious signals associated with my account."

The email instructed me to appeal through Claude.

However, the appeal flow is broken.

When I visit https://claude.ai/restricted while logged into my suspended account, I am redirected to https://claude.ai/new.

The page only displays:

"This organization has been disabled."

There is no appeal form and no way to submit an appeal.

As a result, I cannot complete the official appeal process.

What Should Happen?

Suspended users should be taken to the official appeal form, as described in Anthropic's suspension email and Help Center documentation.
