[BUG] Account suspended after Claude Code CLI usage — appeal pending 3+ weeks with no response

What's Wrong?

My account (nurdaule@gmail.com) was suspended in mid-March 2026.
I have submitted an appeal on March 17 and two follow-ups, but
received zero response from a human after 3+ weeks.

Primary usage: Claude Code CLI (claude command in terminal),
multiple terminal sessions for documentation and Python scripting.
Plan: $200/month Claude Code Max.

Likely trigger: automated flagging of parallel CLI sessions +
occasional VPN + billing issue during plan switch ($200→$100).

Requesting: human review of account activity.

What Should Happen?

Legitimate paying customers using official Claude Code CLI should not be banned by automated systems without human review or explanation.

Error Messages/Logs

Email from Anthropic (March 17, 2026):
"An internal investigation of suspicious signals associated with 
your account indicates a violation of our Usage Policy."
No specific violation was identified or communicated.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Subscribe to Claude Code Max ($200/month plan)
  2. Use Claude Code CLI (claude command) in multiple terminal sessions
  3. Occasionally use VPN for privacy
  4. Payment fails during plan downgrade ($200 → $100)
  5. Account gets suspended with no specific reason given
  6. Submit appeal — receive no human response for 3+ weeks
