[BUG] Account suspended without clear reason — appeal form broken, no working appeal path
Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
My claude.ai account (naufalkussec@gmail.com) was suspended on June 11, 2026 with no
specific reason given. I received an automated email from
Anthropic Safeguards Team citing "suspicious signals."
I am a developer using Claude exclusively for internal product
development (Laravel/PHP stack). No third-party tools, no
automation, no policy violations.
Additionally, the appeal form link inside the suspension email
redirects to claude.ai instead of an actual form making it
impossible to appeal through the official channel.
What Should Happen?
Legitimate paid users should not be suspended without explanation.
The appeal form link in the suspension email should lead to an
actual form, not redirect to claude.ai.
Error Messages/Logs
Email from Anthropic Safeguards Team:
"An internal investigation of suspicious signals associated with
your account indicates a violation of our Usage Policy. As a
result, we have revoked your access to Claude."
No specific policy violation mentioned.
Appeal form link in email → redirects to claude.ai (broken).
Steps to Reproduce
