What's Wrong?
See title. I am unable to appeal a wrongful account suspension - Max 20x customer, have a ticket(s) open.
What Should Happen?
I should be redirected to some sort of official "appeal form" - others on Reddit and Twitter are able to see it so the issue seems centralized to my account which seems odd.

- Click link to appeal form in account suspension email.
- Initially connects to claude.ai/restricted then loops through to claude.ai/new showing no appeal form.

Additional Information
I am seeking legal advice - you suspend the account but keep the subscription active which would have renewed had I not caught it, I believe this to be illegal.
