What's Wrong?

See title. I am unable to appeal a wrongful account suspension - Max 20x customer, have a ticket(s) open.

What Should Happen?

I should be redirected to some sort of official "appeal form" - others on Reddit and Twitter are able to see it so the issue seems centralized to my account which seems odd.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click link to appeal form in account suspension email.
  2. Initially connects to claude.ai/restricted then loops through to claude.ai/new showing no appeal form.

I am seeking legal advice - you suspend the account but keep the subscription active which would have renewed had I not caught it, I believe this to be illegal.
