What's Wrong?

We are a Chilean company (Reuar spa) whose account was disabled the day after being charged $119.00 USD for a Max plan 5x subscription. We have been unable to work for 7 days, causing contractual penalties with our clients.

Timeline

  • ✅ May 27, 2026 — Anthropic/Stripe successfully charged $119.00 to our Visa
  • ❌ May 28-29, 2026 — Account disabled with no warning, no email, no explanation
  • 📩 Multiple attempts to contact support@anthropic.com — only Fin AI Agent responses, no human escalation
  • 📋 Official dispute form — not functioning
  • 🚨 June 4, 2026 — 7 days without service, clients threatening legal action for contract breach

Business Impact

We deliver services to clients with contractual SLAs. We are now facing financial penalties and potential lawsuits due to non-delivery caused entirely by this unexplained service interruption. Every additional day without resolution increases our damages.

Notes

  • No usage policy violation was communicated
  • Account otherwise appears normal
  • This matches the pattern reported in issues #56895 and #60923 (paid → disabled, Fin AI closes tickets without human escalation)
