What's Wrong?

Hello Anthropic Billing Team,

My payment was processed successfully on June 8, 2026, but my subscription still shows as canceled and no resubscribe button appears.

Invoice number: WJT1HDYH-0004
Payment date: June 8, 2026
Invoice status: Shows "Paid"
Account status: Still shows canceled / Free plan
Issue: No resubscribe button visible

Steps already tried: logged out and back in, cleared cache, tried different browser — none resolved it. This appears to be a backend sync issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to claude.ai
Open claude.ai in browser and sign in with your registered account credentials.

Navigate to Settings → Billing
Click your profile icon → Settings → Billing tab. Observe current subscription status shown on screen.

Initiate subscription renewal or resubscribe
Click the resubscribe or renew button (if visible). Select your plan and proceed to checkout.

Complete payment via Stripe
Enter card details and confirm payment. Stripe processes the charge — card is debited successfully. Invoice WJT1HDYH-0004 is issued and shows status "Paid".

Return to claude.ai dashboard
After payment confirmation, return to the main claude.ai interface or reload the billing page.

Subscription still shows as canceled
Despite the successful payment, the account dashboard still shows subscription status as "Canceled" or "Free plan". No paid features are accessible.

The resubscribe or renew button has disappeared from the billing page — there is no UI path to manually trigger subscription activation.
