[BUG] Paid Claude Pro subscription still locked after successful payment

What's Wrong?
My Claude Pro subscription payment was successfully processed and all invoices are marked as PAID, but my account still remains locked with a “past due” error.
Current contradictory account state:
- Invoice status: Paid
- Pro plan active until June 13, 2026
- Access status: Paused / past due
This appears to be a backend billing synchronization or Stripe entitlement issue.
I already contacted Anthropic Support multiple times and support confirmed this is a billing technical issue, but no resolution has been provided and previous tickets were automatically closed.

Please escalate this issue to the billing/backend team and manually refresh or restore the subscription entitlement state.
I have attached screenshots proving:
- paid invoices,
- active Pro subscription,
- and the incorrect “past due” restriction simultaneously.

What Should Happen?
My paid Claude Pro subscription should be active and accessible after successful payment.
Error Messages/Logs
"Your subscription is past due so your access has been paused."
However, invoices are simultaneously marked as PAID.
Steps to Reproduce
- Pay Claude Pro invoice successfully.
- Invoice becomes marked as "Paid".
- Account still remains flagged as "past due".
- Claude Pro / Agent access remains locked.
