[BUG] Payment declined for Claude Pro subscription from Nicaragua with multiple cards

What's Wrong?

Description of the issue:
I am trying to subscribe to Claude Pro. My account and billing information is from Nicaragua.
Getting "Your card was declined" error with no additional details
Issue persists across 6 different cards from multiple networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Bank confirmed they're not blocking transactions

What Should Happen?

Payment should go through with no issues and claude pro suscription should be activated.

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to subscribe to Claude Pro from Nicaragua
Enter payment details
Receive immediate decline with generic error message
