What's Wrong?
Hello,
I canceled my subscription, but was still charged on April 27 for a previous billing cycle.
Charge details:
∙ Total: $115 ($110 Pro plan + $5 usage)
∙ Date: April 27, 2025
∙ The payment went through and is confirmed in my bank statement.
However, my account is now showing as Free. Since the payment was already collected, I would like my Pro access restored based on this charge.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

the cancellation shouldnt been done lately if i paid first.
