Account: seodepartment1@gmail.com
Plan: Claude Pro (active)

Issue:
After paying the outstanding balance on my account, Claude Code CLI displays:
"Your organization has disabled Claude subscription access for Claude Code"

Details:

  • Claude Pro subscription is active and working on claude.ai
  • Overdue payment has been paid in full
  • Claude Code is inaccessible despite valid subscription
  • Command claude /status shows organization disabled status

Required action:

  1. Update account status in your system post-payment
  2. Restore Claude Code access immediately
  3. Confirm issue resolution
