Issue:
After paying the outstanding balance on my account, Claude Code CLI displays:
"Your organization has disabled Claude subscription access for Claude Code"
Details:
- Claude Pro subscription is active and working on claude.ai
- Overdue payment has been paid in full
- Claude Code is inaccessible despite valid subscription
- Command
claude /statusshows organization disabled status
Required action:
- Update account status in your system post-payment
- Restore Claude Code access immediately
- Confirm issue resolution
