What's Wrong?

Payment error—unable to pay. The first time, I didn't have sufficient funds; now I can't pay at all. Payment information isn't being sent to the bank; only the first transaction was an attempt to pay. The rest aren't checking the bank balance—there's no communication with it—and in the cloud, it says “Payment failed. Please try again later.” If the problem persists, contact support at https://support.anthropic.com/.
What Should Happen?

Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: Payment
Step 2: Attempt to pay; there are no funds in the account. After adding funds, it is not possible to pay again; the error “Payment failed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact support at https://support.anthropic.com/” appears. There is no communication with the bank; I will check with the bank. Claude has not sent any information about the payment attempt.
