[BUG] Account locked for over uasge and not resetting inly with additional payment

What's Wrong?

I am logged out of my accoutn for 14 hours now fo over usage and after spending more money on top of 100+ euros's a month it si working again !!! what is happening

What Should Happen?

Claude should reset and open my account again and it's like I would like to get refunded for the additional payment that I have now mate because of this non-functioning so I would like my money back please I'm also not quite happy with the delay that I'm occurring it like this is a very expensive, very expensive subscription that I have and I would've thought there's some kind of special me like how usage high payment error and support process appears to go through the generic yeah I'll go with the millions of other uses so I would've thought don't you create a paying? It's like a complaint and support process.
