Session not resetting after 5-hour

Description:
Bug Description:
The 5-hour session limit warning
continues to show even after the
session boundary has passed. (17:29)
Now the 5-hour limit reached around 18:00 (18:10)
Sessionstart through the Claude App (iPhone) at 12:00 (maybe 1-5 minutes earlier)

Expected Behavior:
Session should reset after 5 hours,
starting a new session.

Actual Behavior:
Session limit warning persists
despite crossing the 5-hour
boundary. Limit reached with resetting note of 9pm.

Timeline:

• Session started: 12:00 PM (today) in the claude app, then after lunch started to work with claude code
• Current time (first note): 17:29
• Expected reset time: 17:00
• Issue: Still showing approaching

5-hour limit warning after it should have been resetted at 17:00

• Current time: 18:10
• Issue: "5hour limit reached, resets at 9pm" cant continue to work, according to my planned shedule
