I have paid for claude and waited for a moment, and I closed the tab after it took money from my card. Then I opened claude from browser and it shows me

Claude team, I am waiting for this to be resolved, I visited bank and bank confirmed that money is actually deducted for claude.

What Should Happen?

My Account should have been on different subscription plan and I should have been able to use it on Max subscription

  1. Open the claude.ai
  2. Upgrade
  3. After bank account is deducted, close the tab, (while 3D secure page was active)
  4. See if your account subscription status changes
