[BUG] Payment processed but still stays as not paid in claude/claude-code

What's Wrong?
above is my invoice and receipt
I have paid for claude and waited for a moment, and I closed the tab after it took money from my card. Then I opened claude from browser and it shows me

Claude team, I am waiting for this to be resolved, I visited bank and bank confirmed that money is actually deducted for claude.

What Should Happen?
My Account should have been on different subscription plan and I should have been able to use it on Max subscription

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the claude.ai
- Upgrade
- After bank account is deducted, close the tab, (while 3D secure page was active)
- See if your account subscription status changes
