[BUG] Paid for Claude Pro but account downgraded to FREE PLAN — support bot gives no real help

What's Wrong?
I paid for Claude Pro on May 2, 2026 (€21.42, Invoice VTIZSJ8C-0002).
Payment was confirmed as Paid. April subscription worked perfectly fine.
After the May payment, my account was silently downgraded to Free Plan.
I have no access to Pro features despite a confirmed payment.
Support situation: The support bot keeps promising to escalate to a human —
it never happens. All other contact channels redirect back to the same bot.

What Should Happen?
- Claude Pro plan restored immediately
- Confirmation from a real human support agent
I'm not looking for a fight — April worked great and I rely on this tool
daily for my work. Being locked out after a confirmed payment is genuinely
blocking me.

- Contact support → bot loop, no human response
