[Bug] Terminal rendering broken on Windows in v2.0.73

Version 2.0.73 has broken terminal rendering on Windows
Version 2.0.72 works perfectly
Platform: Windows 10.0.26200, PowerShell 7.5.4, Windows Terminal 1.23.12811.0
Bug: Text renders in random positions, line wrapping completely broken
Regression introduced between 2.0.72 → 2.0.73
