[BUG] Text rendering broken on Windows 11 Terminal

What's Wrong?

• Claude Code version: 2.0.73
• OS: Windows 11
• Terminal: Windows Terminal (PowerShell)
• Problem: Text is cut off and unreadable in the terminal.

Making the window smaller helps slightly, but making it
larger does not fix the issue.

• Expected: Text should wrap correctly and be fully readable.
