[Bug] Response rendering broken in terminal after v0.73 update

Bug Description
Claude is totally unusable today. its responses are rendering a mix of whitespace and text in the windows terminal, apparently the real content is in the context/history but it is just not rendering. i reset all my terminal settings to default, updated terminal to latest, tried Warp too, different terminal profiles, and it doesnt render complete responses in any scenario. worked fine before i updated to .73 today. if i resume claude multiple times, the blanked content is a little different each time! suggesting its definitely a rendering issue, but again, not a problem for any other agent
